ou or your recruiter should request the school edit the interviewer name on the schedule to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date, but you can forward the original link to your new interviewer. If youâre not able to contact the school in time, have the new interviewer follow these instructions to change their display name.

Flo Recruit will indicate what the error is when you attempt your import. Make sure your .csv file includes the correct headers, has no empty cells, and includes all columns listed in the example file. If you are still having trouble understanding the errors, you are welcome to share your spreadsheet file as an attachment in the help chat so that one of our representatives can take a look at it for you!
After the OCI event is created, a window will pop up asking you to share the event with employers. If you clicked away from this pop up, you can bring it up again by hovering over the âNot Syncedâ icon next to the Schedules header on your eventâs summary page.
Yes! The live dashboard will give you a birdâs eye view of the virtual interviews in real time.
Yes, they can use the old interviewer's link; however, the new interviewer will display the old interviewer's name until the school edits the name on the schedule. However, the link will not change when the name is edited. The original interviewer link can be shared with the new interviewer.Â

Schools will send emails to students automatically with the necessary information, typically 24-48 hours prior to the start of OCI.

After receiving your Schedule Email from your school, click Join Virtual Room to begin uploading your documents. Select a document to begin uploading. You can upload the same file for all employers or customize for each employer. The GIF below shows you how the process will work.

You can bulk download candidate documents via a link that will be emailed to your Employer Contact along with your interviewers' schedules. You can also still access candidate documents by navigating to "View Profile" within your interviewers' virtual rooms.
