We’re glad to introduce the new Event Tags feature. Tagging events helps recruiters organize their events by category and facilitates reporting by event category. This update empowers recruiters to achieve their goals by instantly showing them which types of events are most effective.
Recruiters can now tag events with categories, making it easier than ever to find specific events, filter by categories, and report key metrics by category. This improvement saves valuable time and energy that can be refocused on providing a superior recruiting experience to candidates.
By enabling reporting by category, event tags help recruiters identify event types that contribute most to company goals and initiatives. Recruiters can filter data by common tags like Career Fair and Information Session, but they can also create custom tags to meet their specific needs. A recruiter can leverage these categorizations to understand which events attract the best candidates and compare other important metrics collected at an event.
The Flo Recruit dashboard automatically adjusts the aggregated candidate data it displays as the recruiter filters by event tags, so recruiters can extract more granular insights than ever before.
Event tags can be added to any event when creating it, right from the familiar Flo Recruit event creation form. Recruiters can then use the tags to filter from the Flo Recruit home page and the dashboard will automatically update to reflect the data associated with the selected event category tag.
