Meet Cindy Walter, our new Senior Product Manager! Cindy has worked in Product and Project Management for over 20 years and we are so happy to have her at Flo Recruit. Keep reading to learn more about her role!

Q: Why did you choose Flo Recruit?

I really wanted to learn more about and apply my skill set to a new space. I found the legal recruiting field very intriguing and I was impressed with how young the founders are, especially given their track record of success. Overall, it seemed like a great opportunity to learn something new while imparting my knowledge and experience.

Q: What does a day in the life of a Senior Product Manager look like? 

A large part of my role right now involves helping the team make more strategic product decisions by incorporating customer feedback to make a more scalable product. Ultimately, I aim to create a workflow that enables both the product and engineering teams to execute their projects efficiently and have a product strategy that reflects the long-term vision for Flo Recruit.

Q: What motivates you to go to work every day?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is finding creative solutions to complex problems. A large part of working at a startup means doing so at a fast pace, which is incredibly exciting.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?

I love to travel! My favorite trip so far was when I went to Tanzania and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
