I really wanted to learn more about and apply my skill set to a new space. I found the legal recruiting field very intriguing and I was impressed with how young the founders are, especially given their track record of success. Overall, it seemed like a great opportunity to learn something new while imparting my knowledge and experience.
A large part of my role right now involves helping the team make more strategic product decisions by incorporating customer feedback to make a more scalable product. Ultimately, I aim to create a workflow that enables both the product and engineering teams to execute their projects efficiently and have a product strategy that reflects the long-term vision for Flo Recruit.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is finding creative solutions to complex problems. A large part of working at a startup means doing so at a fast pace, which is incredibly exciting.
I love to travel! My favorite trip so far was when I went to Tanzania and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
