Viewing callback schedules by date is now even easier! Quickly identify which candidates are interviewing on certain dates without having to go to the schedule editor. We’ve also implemented feedback reminders for callbacks! Now your attorneys have no excuse not to complete their evaluations (wishful thinking, I know).

📅  View Callback Schedules by Date

Take a look in any current or past callback interview event, and you’ll notice that things look a little different. You can now view callback schedules By Date without having to go into the Schedule Editor! Still want to view schedules by person? No problem, you can still do that too.

Additional updates in this section include: a more prominent Edit Schedules button, show/hide past time blocks, and a quick view of complete and incomplete schedules.

🔔  Interviewer Evaluation Reminders

Missing interviewer evaluations, be gone! When you toggle Feedback On in your next callback event, there is also now the option to toggle the Member Feedback Reminder On. Once feedback is submitted, the reminders will stop. The cadence for these feedback reminders are:

• Immediately after an interview

• 3 hours after an interview

• 24 hours after an interview
